Bedrooms

All have tea and coffee making facilities / TV / Hairdryers / quality beds and linen.

There are views to the hills and the house is just far enough from the main road to allow for a comfortable and quiet good nights sleep.

Bedroom 1

This room has a quality double and a single bed. I use it as a family room if required or as a twin and sometimes a single person will choose this room to get the comfort of a large bed. It is light and airy with windows to the front and to the rear of the property. It has the usual facilities for a 3 star property - wash basin, TV, tea & coffee tray. At present the shower in the bathroom is shared with room 2.

Room 2

This room has a zip & link Sealy bed. I normally have it set up as 2 x twin beds but it can be zipped together to make a super king double bed. The rear aspect to the hills makes it the bedroom with the best view. It has a toilet & wash basin en suite but at present shares the shower with room 1.

Room 3

Again this room has a quality Sealy zip and link bed but here I normally have it as the 6ft double. However it can be made up as 2 singles if required. Golfing groups for example, whilst happy to share a room, will require single beds. This room has the full en suite - toilet wash basin & shower.
