Bedrooms

All have tea and coffee making facilities / TV / Hairdryers / quality beds and linen.

There are views to the hills and the house is just far enough from the main road to allow for a comfortable and quiet good nights sleep.

Bedroom 1 - Double or Twin Ensuite

This room has a double bed and a single bed so can sleep 2 or 3. It has a new ensuite with shower/toilet /wash basin.

Room 2 - Double or Twin

This room has a toilet and wash basin ensuite and a separate private shower next door. With either twin beds or a large superking bed. The rear aspect to the hills makes it the bedroom with the best view. It has a toilet & wash basin en suite but at present shares the shower with room 1.

Bedroom 2

Room 3 - Double or Twin

Again this room has a quality Sealy zip and link bed but here I normally have it as the 6ft double. However it can be made up as 2 singles if required. Golfing groups for example, whilst happy to share a room, will require single beds. This room has the full en suite - toilet wash basin & shower.
